Origin and Registered Business

The official registered business name is Alderpoint Analytics Co., Ltd., established in 2019. Founder Min-jae Park spent eight years as a finance analyst and later FP&A director at two Seoul-based SaaS companies before opening a dedicated analytics practice focused on recurring-revenue reporting.

The firm began when a former colleague—now a CFO—asked for help untangling ARR definitions between Salesforce, Stripe, and a homegrown billing database. That six-week project became the template for our flagship Revenue Operations Dashboard engagement.

Today we remain a small, senior team. We take on a limited number of concurrent engagements so each client works directly with experienced consultants, not junior analysts rotating through accounts.

How We Approach Client Work

We start with vocabulary, not visuals. Before designing a single chart, we document metric definitions in language both finance and sales operations can sign. This reduces rework and builds trust with audit committees who scrutinize every ratio on the board deck.

Our deliverables are built in the client's chosen environment—Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase—and include documentation sufficient for internal teams to maintain views after handover. We do not retain access to production systems unless a separate retainer is agreed.
