These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website panel-alderpoint.click and any professional services provided by Alderpoint Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Alderpoint," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or entering into a service agreement with Alderpoint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not engage our services.

2. Services

Alderpoint provides professional analytics consulting services including revenue operations dashboard design, financial KPI reporting setup, board analytics briefings, and data audits. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written statement of work or proposal signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom dashboards, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for their engagement. Alderpoint retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates, and tools developed prior to or independent of the engagement. Alderpoint may reference anonymized engagement outcomes in marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to relevant data sources, designate an internal sponsor for metric definition approvals, and respond to review requests within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by client unavailability may extend project timelines and are not the responsibility of Alderpoint.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, project engagements require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under applicable Korean law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alderpoint's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Alderpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of three years.

8. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes. Pricing displayed on this site is guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
