Four phases from metric definition to board-ready views

Every engagement follows the same structural rhythm, adjusted for your source systems and stakeholder calendar. Precision at each stage prevents costly rework during close week.

Phase 01

Discovery & Definition

Stakeholder interviews with CFO, controller, RevOps, and sales operations. We document ARR, churn, expansion, and pipeline definitions in a signed metric glossary before any wireframes.

Phase 02

Data Mapping & Quality Review

Read-only access to CRM exports, billing summaries, and ERP data. We assess freshness, completeness, and reconciliation gaps. Prototype views use sample data for finance team review.

Phase 03

Build & Review Cycles

Production dashboard construction in your BI environment. Typically three review cycles with finance reviewers. Each cycle focuses on accuracy, layout clarity, and board-deck export compatibility.

Phase 04

Handover & Documentation

Training sessions for designated maintainers, written runbooks for refresh procedures, and a close-cycle checklist. We remain available for two weeks post-launch for adjustment questions.
